Review

"A haunting tale of love lost and hidden truths that could destroy a town a surely as it broke one young woman's heart. Simply phenomenal! Dark and edgy, this paranormal thriller is magnetic from start to finish!" - Tome Tender Book Blog

"Leaves you breathless. I LOVED this a LOT. Incredibly clever ... It genuinely kept me guessing and, between that and the incredible characters, it kept me turning pages like the book was crack. This book was an emotional roller-coaster. I definitely, HIGHLY recommend this book to any mystery lover -- but ESPECIALLY if you're a reader like me, who gets pretty burnt out on the repetitiveness of the mystery genre. I can guarantee that this book will restore your faith in the genre." - Dream With Your Eyes Open Book Reviews

"A fabulous mix of love story and paranormal mystery, skillfully stitched together with beautiful writing. A gripping, sometimes funny and heart-wrenching read!" - Edyth Bulbring (Author: The Mark, The Club)

"Compelling, unpredictable, captivating!" - Crushing Cinders Book Blog

"A love that knows no boundaries, a woman who will not stop till she finds the truth. This whodunnit is a gripping read, excellently paced and with the perfect blend of the afterlife and sleuthing. It's brilliant!" - Obsessed by Books Blog

"A gripping blend of paranormal and mystery with an awesome cast of characters!" - Urbanised Geek Blog

"A fabulous combination of good detective type story with a touch of the supernatural." - Gail Schimmel (Author: The Park, Whatever Happened to the Cowley Twins)

"Truly phenomenal! A story of true love, immense loss and grief, crime investigation and retribution." - Book Reviewer

About the Author

When not writing, Jo Macgregor is a counselling psychologist in private practice where she works mainly with victims of crime and trauma, and she brings her twenty years of experience as a therapist to her writing, creating deeper characters and realistic psychological reactions. Although she lives in the frenetic adrenaline-rush of the big city, Jo has always been in love with nature, and escapes into the wilds whenever she can.
