Its hard not to love a Sharon Sala book for me, I pretty much love everything she writes. While romance is the storyline, Ms.Sala has a way of engaging the reader in the life of the person and their trials and problems. The situations are usually something real people face every day. Molly Eden, can't have children and although she wants a child more than anything its not going to happen. When a little boy shows up in her backyard and called her Momma, she was overcome. Fortunately when she couldn't determine where the child had come from, she heard shouting for Joey and determined that the parents were on the way. Joseph Rossi, had just moved to a new home with his son and not being able to find him after he took a shower was devastating. Hearing Molly answer his calls for Joey was such a relief.
This traumatic beginning was the start of a friendship between the two adults that might grow to much more, given time and Joey's determination that Molly was his Momma.
A heartwarming, special kind of read.
