"Fighting Love is what I would class as a weekend read, which roughly translates to: read this at a time when you are not busy as you won’t get anything else done until you’ve turned the last page. I hoovered this up within a couple of hours and found it hugely enjoyable."
'If you see yourself in a battle that you can't win. RUN!'
Harriet Quinn (or Harry as she is known to family and friends) is not the running type, she's been surviving in a male dominated field all her life and can handle the opposite sex with a flick of her karate trained foot.
Harry is a sassy, professional stuntwoman and is used to taking risks, be it, flinging herself out of a helicopter onto a moving train or jumping out of a towering inferno! Those however, are calculated risks, positioning herself against the caddish star of a new job at Pinewood Studio's is an unknown, unpracticed risk, she's not even sure she's up for the challenge. Will she kick up a fuss or just kick the living cheek out of the notorious Lothario?
The gloves are off for Harry as she faces up to Hollywood heartthrob!
Having listened to the reviews FIGHTING LOVE has been professionally PROOFREAD. Thank you to everyone who has stuck with us. You have made two little girls with second hand typewriters in their damp and drafty bedroom pursue their writing dreams. Happy reading. Love always, Nina Whyle xoxo (May'13)
