This book is a must have for anyone who cares about their overall health. In this book I found a very reader- and user-friendly guide to not only brain but all body health! I have read many a books on nutrition etc. This one is my favourite. No non-sense, well researched facts, well written and structured.
As a physiotherapist I always strive to provide my patients with good literature in the waiting area. I bought a second book just for my practice so that whilst people waiting for me to help them with an injury they can learn how to help themselves through good nutrition.
I love the recipes in the book, too. Easy, healthy AND tasty! Just great!
