This was a very quick read and to the point with many lessons. My favorite chapters were on ALWAYS being grateful and learning
Something new daily! I myself keep a small notebook in my purse and write down 3 things I am grateful for each day or at least try too. I also keep a one sentence happiness journal notebook (look up The Happiness Project, forgot authors name). Second favorite was never stop learning! I read yahoo articles daily, books as such and anything else I can get my hands on just to learn something new for that day. It isn't always "educational," self help material but quirky and fun material also but bottom line is I learned something I didn't know the day before.
Got a little carried away and long winded but Im very pleased and glad Chelsea and I stumbled upon each other on Instagram!
