Amazon did a good job but...

Well I need to say I had a terrible set of pencils. They have been stored wrong and my box had a defect and about half of my pencils been broken or had a defect like scratches and marks. It felt like this set been second had or lower quality. That’s not Faber Castell Standard at all and they would never give a set like that for sale away. I bought a new set at a art store last week and they’re adorable. I think BONSAI-TECH is trying to fool customers because of the damage the pencils had it’s not just the rough storage. Also I need to say the pencils are old. The design changed over the year of the Metall Tint and this one is probably very old.
Anyways what I need to say is that amazon did an amazing job. They took my complaint serious and fix all up. I’m happy with this. It was bad that I didn’t get my pencils but it’s nice to know amazon cares for their customers!
