The photo I have attached is just one favourite part of this book, as someone who is trying to be more body positive I thought it was excellent to include this in the book.
As someone who has tried every diet plan, slimming drinks and detox tea reading this has been quite eye opening to all the rubbish we've been fed.
This book is easy to follow, informative and provides you with the tools to loose weight, build your relationship with food and live a healthier lifestyle. Even if you don't want to loose weight, and you just want to understand how to lead a more nutritious yet unrestricted lifestyle this is the book for you.
I think I'll be using this book a lot to refer back to and definitely recommending to anyone who will listen.
