I decided to try the latest installment of Jim Cartwright at Large after reading about the character in the Omega War books by Mark Wandrey and Chris Kennedy. If the previous stories are like this one they take place before the Omega War series. The story was enjoyable to read and set up the next one in the series with some intrigue close to the conclusion of this story. If you like Jim Cartwright, and Splunk in the Omega War books these short stories are for you.
