The pros:
It drastically simplifies the material, making it easy to understand.
The cons:
It drastically simplifies the material, making it easy to understand.
You get my drift. If you are looking for a nuanced analysis of contract law, try Farnsworth on Contracts (2003), the treatise not the casebook. If you have no idea what's going on and want a quick intro, read this work.
