The book gives good info, but a lot of the info and advice is aimed at those in the USA.
It also gives advice on lots of other, related, disorders which may be OK for some, but I felt I'd paid for a book of which about 60% is irrelevant.

FibromyalgiaReviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 April 2013
great book so farReviewed in the United States on 29 September 2012
I have been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia - although my doctor thought I had it several years ago - I just didn't want to hear it or deal with it back then. It has gotten increasinly more uncomfortable and is starting to wear down my body physically and emotionally. I bought this book as I don't know a whole lot about the fibromyalgia. I haven't read the whole book yet, but it has been very helpful to me for identifying and realizing what fibromylagia is and how to "live" with it on regular basis and to learn more about what my "triggers" are so that I can try to keep things under control. Would reccommend for anyone who wants to learn more about fibromyalgia and how to deal with it.
Interesting bookReviewed in the United States on 6 May 2014
I've had fibro since 1991 or 92 and so many years has past and just seem to be getting worse and my job just doesn't understand what I go thru and I wanted to read something that will help me understand more about it and how to tell my boss.
Great for the Newly Diagnosed!!Reviewed in the United States on 1 May 2012
This book is wonderful for those who have been newly diagnosed. It touches on everything that has to do with Fibro, but does not go into detail on much. It gives a wonderful overview of the condition!
