5.0 out of 5 starsBoy meets Girl meets Carlton Mellick III - need I say more ?

As with all of Mellick's books, you get the 1st paragraph as an 'ease' into the new world he has created, thereafter it's hold on tight as he makes no apologies for rushing you headlong into the bizarre and disturbed. Every Time we Meet is a brilliantly crafted subversion on boy meets girl / boy falls in love with girl / girl has a secret. I read this in one sitting whilst on holiday and finished it in a daze, literally looking around me and feeling totally disorientated as I returned to 'normality'.

shes gotta be one of the sweetest creations EVER ! any strong emotion causes her face to explode !! so her boyfriend has to handle her VERY carefully coz shes DYNAMITE !!! as always most of the twists are pretty good and as always you find yourself wondering.... how on earth is this going to end ? even...can it get even better ???? and ...as can sometimes be the case with this far-out author...it does !

This is my first Carlton Mellick book, but it certainly wont be my last! A real cute love story, with all the weirdness and gore thrown in. Loved it! Onto the next....

A love story that made me not want to put it down. I really enjoyed this. It was a fabulous narrative following the guys journey of loving a girl whose face explodes.
