Very noisy after 3 uses

I was very impressed with the unit until about the 4th use when it started to be very noisy. If I stand on the centre of the plate it is not noisy however the further out towards the edges I stand the noisier it becomes, it has a loud rattle sound.
I am 84kg in weight so I can’t imagine that I am too heavy for the unit, from memory it has a capacity of over 100kg.
Because of the noise I cannot use it in my living room watching tv.
I would like to return the unit either for a replacement or refund.

It's compact yet robust at a great price. Bought my Everfit platform during isolation (COVID19) as I couldn't go to the gym and wanted to still be able to strengthen and exercise my muscles. Easy to use but you will need to google exercises as it doesn't come with a fitness programme. I had a slight problem with my initial purchase but the staff/customer service from Artiss Furnishings was so professional and efficient. Highly recommend the company.

I have had this for two weeks. Purchased as a way to provide some in-home Achillies Tendonitis treatment (physio had included vibrating plate treatment). The swelling in my tendon does seem to have gone down. I am using it 15 and sometimes 30 minutes a day. My wife has issues with her back and has tried it - seems to help her as well. Does it give you an hour of running in 15 minutes as claimed by many for these types of machines? Hard to say.

The instructions could be a bit more clear with some better examples or perhaps links to a website with better instructions. It is pretty much figure it out for yourself. Also, they should get a better person to translate the manual. I get it that for the price point, it has to be made in China but, please, have someone read and then fix the instructions so that it isn't so obvious.

I am very happy with my machine so far. My friend bought a model that cost over $300 but I find this cheaper machine does the same job at a third of the price. I'm quite solid but the build quality is robust enough. I use it up to 3 times a day. Ordered on Sunday night and it arrived Tuesday morning so great service. Highly recommended.

I like the product, however the instructions were basic. The electrical cord did not really fit into the vibrating platform. Not a good snug fit. Also, did not have a warranty card. Also, package was just left at front door, the delivery person did not knock on the door or ring the bell, not even a text. I was at home at the time.

Good price, far superior to our previous vibrating plate (fortis). Very happy with it. Only downside that is that the plug into the machine could be a tighter fit. This is however a minor problem. The machine is advertised at a speed of 150, 120, and 99 in the same add. Were I to ever have to buy another one I would most probably buy one of these.

My old expensive machine blew up/overheated but it gave a stronger vibration than this one. I need to do 50% extra time on this one to achieve the same level of 'workout'. Don't get me wrong though it's still very good. Quiet and easy to use and put away afterwards.
