Product description

Review

"The plot is complex, and brilliant, as is the narration by British Actor Chris Macdonnell who captures the many varied characters, the setting, and the mounting tension." ---Sound Commentary --This text refers to an alternate kindle_edition edition.

About the Author

Cyril Hare (1900-1958) was the pseudonym for the distinguished lawyer Alfred Alexander Gordon Clark. Hare's crime novels, many of which draw on his legal experience, have been praised by Elizabeth Bowen and P. D. James, among others.

Chris MacDonnell is a classically trained actor who holds a degree from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. His theater credits include London's West End and the Royal National Theatre, and he has been featured in British TV shows, BBC radio-drama, commercials, and films. Chris now lives in Southern California. --This text refers to an alternate kindle_edition edition.
