Left shoe can be found here: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VGML31G/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I already had shoe trees. I put them in the jellies and adjusted them just to the snug level. Then into the oven -- yes, oven! I set it to 140 -- be sure to test your oven first. I used two methods to test the heat -- and 140 does mean 140 in my oven.
I left them for a couple of hours and then adjusted the trees wider and longer. I waited a couple more hours and repeated. I let them cool down in the oven and then put them in the refrigerator -- I thought it would help "set" the plastic. The first time, they were a little too small so I repeated the steps until I was pleased. I also added one of those knobs on the side of the tree because my small toe was feeling squished.
They fit a little loosely now just like jellies should -- the plastic is not forgiving on your feet, so you want them a bit loose. And plenty of room for my toe.
One suggestion: I noticed there is one single piece that stretches over the front of the foot. Everywhere else, there are several lines that overlap one another. I was concerned that one single line could be stretched too thin -- and one reviewer reported this piece had broken, so I was concerned it was a weak spot.
So when I put the trees in, I also used a zip tie to hold that piece so it would not stretch. The rest of the shoe stretched, but that single piece remained unstretched. See photos.
One with squiggle lines, one with cross hatch-looking lines and one with the look of icicles.
This review is for the silver icicle-look (Alaska) jelly flats.
In a nutshell: They are perfect. They're beautiful, sparkly and comfy, and manage to make jelly shoes look elegant! I just love them! There were a few plastic bits poking out on the inside, which would be very painful to bare skin, but a nail clipper (or nail scissors) and a glass nail file took care of those no problem. The soles are surprisingly cushy and *this* style fits according to your normal size, even for slightly wider feet like my own. The 9s would come off my feet as I walked but the 8s fit like a glove. Having wider feet, the "edges" of the icicles on the sides do flare out some and point upward instead of conforming to the shape of my foot in the middle, but not enough to bother me.
I love these so much I've gotten them in silver, gold, and purple!
I also tried the silver squiggle jelly flats and they are cute enough, I suppose. But they do run small (I would need to order a 9), they do have multicolored sparkles, and they have a much less cushy sole than the Alaskas. I'm not interested in trying them again when I love the Alaskas so much.
Because this listing is for several different colors/shapes, and reviewers reviewed several different colors/shapes, it's difficult to tell--even when people say that they received a different shoe than was pictured--whether those people received a knockoff, or received (a knockoff of) entirely the wrong shoe. I, and my photo, are here to tell you that I received a knockoff of ENTIRELY THE WRONG SHOE.
I'm keeping them anyway (eye-roll at myself) because the cut is nice--I like how deeply down the sides go, and how far in the toe comes on top--the shape is really novel/delicate-looking--and, because, you know, $10. But it's pretty scummy to send such a radically different product than the one pictured. You can't do that to your customers.
I bought them in rose gold because I have a rose gold addiction. (Check my review history.) They matched my purse, fitness tracker, water bottle, sun glasses, etc. perfectly! I received a lot of compliments.
I'm typically a 9, so I ordered a 9. They were a tiny bit big, and the heel slipped off once or twice. I believe that, were they any smaller, it would have sacrificed some level of comfort. I bought them for special occasions, but now I wear them everywhere.
