Expensive Value-added Accessory for Echo Spot

Let me say that this accessory for me is a "want", not a "need". It has a function and form that perfectly match the Amazon Echo Spot. By attaching your Echo Spot to this base (stand), you actually improve the audio performance as it lifts the Echo Spot a few centimetres above the surface that you place this on. What is disappointing is that it is an overpriced USD19.99/AUD29.95 item that really should have been included with the Echo Spot purchase maybe adding $2/$3 to the overall price. It is well made and the snap-on magnetic base is simple to attach.

The stand raises the Echo Spot just the right height and being adjustable, looks and works well.

I linked it with another Echo 2nd Gen unit and now the sound plays in another room and not in the room the the Echo Spot is located. Frustrating, as I have not managed to sort the issue out yet.
