I’m prone to anxiety when facing the unknown and am always on the hunt for ways to bolster my resilience. I found that the strategies for up leveling to be straightforward and not overwhelming. This isn’t a “do it all at once” approach, you build off of your progress to unleash even more growth opportunities.

I included a shot of strategies for increasing intellectual resilience because it struck me how jam packed with genius this little book is!

Definitely planning an immediate reread and look forward to strengthening my quadrants!

This is a great book for those needing a boost in resilience. It's not something everyone has as a built-in trait, but it's so necessary to be able to move through life pivoting through inevitable change. This book will help you navigate through or at least inspire you to work through challenges and give you ideas on how to get started! I have a 5 year old that hates to read but actually sat and let me read aloud to him from this book (Huge win). Love the quadrants too! This book is worth every penny. My teenage son is reading it as we speak!
