Product Description

Karla’s completely out of her depth, and has no idea how to handle Taurian. Getting clothes to cover his half-naked body is supposed to make her more comfortable—but how comfortable can you really be with an attractive dragon shifter? Especially when you’re both being pursued through the city by his ancient, and deadly, rival.

Taurian could handle his enemy easily—if only his healing sleep hadn’t left him weak and dependent on the human woman. To regain his strength quickly he needs to mate with her, but she resists him at every turn. Convincing her to heal him with her body is vital... and irresistible.

Keeping their hands to themselves is a challenge equal to the ancient one they face, especially since it could solve everything.

Or complicate everything in ways neither could have predicted.

Dressing the Dragon is part 2 (18,000 words) in the Dragon Ruins paranormal romance serial set in a small outback town in modern day Australia.

This serial is now COMPLETE. The reading order is:
Waking the Dragon
Dressing the Dragon
Bedding the Dragon
Healing the Dragon
Denying the Dragon
Mating the Dragon

4.0 out of 5 stars Entertaining and fun! 17 September 2015

Taking Taurian to shop for clothing would prove to be a journey Karla would’ve preferred to have done without, but because Taurian was a dragon (who obviously had no need for human clothing in his dragon form), the human shape he had adopted to move freely in Karla’s world needed covering. The Mesmer bond kept them together – Taurian needed Karla to heal; to regain his strength. But Karla was determined to rebuff him in his attempts to mate with her…

The unexpected encounter with Taurian’s deadly enemy, Ultrima while they were away from the safety of Karla’s father’s home was a dreadful shock – his ice cold eyes sent shivers down her spine when Karla realized he’d tracked them down. Then there was another dragon on their trail – Edtrima wouldn’t be easily gotten rid of. Could Taurian and Karla escape the clutches of the rival dragons and make it to safety? Or would Taurian have to fight to the death?

Dressing the Dragon by Aussie author Rinelle Grey is the second in the Dragon Ruins series set in outback Australia. A quick, easy read it is entertaining and very enjoyable. Taurian is a great character; a confused dragon trying to adapt to the ways of humans! Recommended.

Then a blast from his past he thought dead shows up threatning both their lives but he's not at full strength so they just have to duck & dodge their henchmen.

5.0 out of 5 stars Just Do It! 19 November 2015

This second installment is very entertaining. Karla takes Taurian Shopping for clothes and the poor dragon has no concept of the modern human world let alone how to work a zipper or a button. So they end up in the dressing room together. Things are really starting to heat up between them. Bedding Taurian to get this bonding thing done is starting to sound like the only thing to do. And by the time they get everything they need and check out, Karla is simply frazzled. I so enjoyed the cat and mouse fiasco when they realize their being followed. Karla really has her hands full coming up with trick after trick trying to lose the dragon tailing them. This is also a quick read, but oh so much fun!
