strange books - strange storyReviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 February 2021
2 stars because the first two books are not bad, but 2 stars because in general, this 4 books are strange; i never read a story like this before in a bad sence: it's a confusing story, the ideas, the storyline, the villains, the characters, the dialogues are " all over the place"; the writing itself is a mess. The history drags on and becomes boring and heavy. The last two books ruined the story for me. Most of the time, the dialogues, the paragraphs turned out very heavy to read. I never felt so bored reading a story and i love to read. This books were a recommendation from a friend, because i am a big fan of Christopher Paolini and Eragon and Saphira but Christopher Paolini's books are perfect, no comparison. The same not aplys to Marc S books. I do not recommend MS books. A waste of time and money. I i will not buy more books from this author

A little bit heavyReviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 June 2019
I have loved this whole series ,but have to say this last book was a bit heavy , lots of big words and a lot of very deep meaning enfused with some light hearted parts . It could have been a lot shorter with the same outcome . Just a bit disappointed ,but over all the series was great
The time waiting for this did dragonReviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 September 2017
I have read the whole series of these Dragonfriend books and this one was worth the short wait. I am not sure the age these books are aimed at but I love the story lines and the humour is great and I will never see 50 again! Well worth reading every one of these.

Another excellent bookReviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 March 2018
A fantastic end? to a wonderful saga. It has been a joy to travel with Lia through all her adventures to get to this point. Here’s hoping we might get more soon...
