This book is amazing! I don't believe how good it is! The twists and turns of it are amazing! At the end of every book I'm wishing for more! Hopefully one day there'll be a 6.

My daughter (13) and I are enjoying the series. This may have less action in than the others but is very thought-provoking.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazingly bittersweet 1 November 2013
By Anahera Roestenburg - Published on Amazon.com
This is one of the greatest books of all time, a must-have in any library. I give it ten out five stars. The characters are so realistic that I heard myself cursing Ping and rooting for others. Kai is so stubborn and childishly cute with antics only a tiny dragon would dream of doing. I felt anger, pain, and anguish throughout much of the book, yet was surprised at many plot turns. As I am a more sensitive person, I found myself crying at Pings departure. I would love to hear what happens to ping in her later years.
