Product Description

From thriller and suspense master Brett Battles comes Down, the final book in the Project Eden saga.

Matt Hamilton’s last words have led Daniel Ash and his team to the snow-covered town of Everton, Vermont. On a field just outside city limits sits an unassuming hut.

But this is no innocent building. Inside is the entrance to the secret Project Eden base known as Dream Sky, the key to the Project’s success. Or its defeat, as Ash hopes.

To give the team the best chance to succeed, Resistance groups have moved into position outside Project installations around the globe. The purpose: to create diversions that will draw Project attention away from Dream Sky.

These groups have been waiting for the signal to attack. The wait is over.

Dream Sky is best read after completing volumes 1-6 (Sick, Exit 9, Pale Horse, Ashes, Eden Rising, and Dream Sky)

Praise for the Project Eden Thrillers

“Sick didn’t just hook me. It hit me with a devastating uppercut on every primal level—as a parent, a father, and a human being.”—Blake Crouch, author of Run

“[A] gem of an outbreak story that unfolds like a thriller movie and never lets up, all the way to the last page. Absolutely my favorite kind of story!”—John Maberry, New York Times bestselling author

“[Sick] not only grabs you by the throat, but by the heart and gut as well, and by the time you finish you feel as if you've just taken a runaway train through dangerous territory. Buy these books now. You won't regret it.”—Robert Browne, best selling author of Trial Junkies

“You think Battles was badass before? He just cranked it up to 500 joules. CLEAR!”—PopCultureNerd.com

“Brett Battles at his best, a thriller that also chills, with a secret at its core that's almost too scary to be contained within the covers of a book.”—Tim Hallinan, author of the Edgar-nominated The Queen of Patpong

5.0 out of 5 stars AWESOME AWESOME SERIES!! 13 December 2014

I stumbled across the first project eden book (SICK) one night while scanning through Amazon. I saw it had a cool cover and a bunch of good reviews so I said f.'k it I'll give a try. Well seven books later and I can honestly say Brett Battles is one of my top five authors and I loved every project eden book even his other books with Quinn. But what started it for me was reading SICK. AWESOME adventure thanks B Battles for ten hours of reading enjoyment. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘βœŒοΈ

5.0 out of 5 stars Project Eden series ends on a wonderful and satisfying note! 9 January 2015

I am definitely sorry to see the Project Eden series end and I sincerely hope that someone in the movie business takes a long hard look at this series as it would make a great movie or even mini-series! Brett Battles, once again, delivers on his promise to keep his readers happy. I was especially pleased with the way he brought the characters full circle and didn't leave any loose ends as he has always been able to engage the reader in the characters early on in his books. Looking forward to the next series!
5.0 out of 5 stars Loved this series! 21 August 2016

For me, this was definitely a favorite series, a bittersweet read, in a sense. Sweet, because I couldn't put it down, or read it fast enough! Bitter, because I hated being finished with the series, and still want to know more!

The concept behind the story was interesting - one group, Project Eden, wants to kill off most of the world's population(with the exception of scientists and others needed for a restart) through a fatal viral outbreak, and begin anew, with their version of a better world. The "Resistance" group tries, unsuccessfully, to stop this, and then must go on to try and save as much of humanity as possible, while at the same time, destroying Project Eden bases and personnel all over the world. The author segues from place to place across the globe, detailing what is happening, and introducing and reintroducing characters, then linking them together in their particular common cause to destroy or save humanity.

I figured this would be my only read by this author, but now that I've enjoyed this series so much, I'll check out more of his books!
5.0 out of 5 stars ending? not so fast 17 February 2015

I have waited patiently to see how this series matured. The conclusive method was an easy quick read with each milestone having an unknown ending. I liked the idea of a series rather than a one book conclusion. Each book allowed further character development for a several players. There is actually much to work with in the individual lives going forward if Mr. Battles chooses. And the hurdles are many. Will Ashe find a future "partner"? As there are several possibilities from Chloe to Rachel... with different reasons for each (all?) as there hasn't been any fulfilled romantic leanings for Captain Ash yet. One thing for sure is there is a lot of baggage from the past which presents multiple support paths toward the future. Maybe Ash is on the Quinn path.
4.0 out of 5 stars Action packed end to an awesome apocalyptic saga 3 March 2015

Wow! Brett really delivers in this final installment of the Project Eden Thriller. He masterfully brings together all the storylines of the characters we have come to love and despise over the last several years. I enjoyed this more than some of the classics of the genre, even more than Lucifer's Hammer. Brett gives us a chilling and realistic end of the world tale with real tangible characters, which makes the whole story gripping and... terrifying. While presenting us with real evil capable by people who think they know best, we see the human spirit of average people fight back with determination and hope. Masterfully told!
