Intro is a bit wordy, but when you get to the "pulp" of the recipes, it's a great little book! We used to compost all our juicer pulp. Now I can make all sorts of healthy meals and snacks!

Wow, this recipe book is really creative and Andrea's passion for the topic is clear! She goes the extra mile for her readers!
I recommend this book to everyone interested in a healthy lifestyle, especially those who are "alkalarians" (like me) as the recipes included mostly veggies with some fruits added for better taste, as well as paleo fans, gluten-free and dairy-free recipe lovers.
"Don't toss the pulp" part was also awesome. Some people go overboard with juicing and reject the fiber while Africa is starving.
The way Andrea shows it- juicing is easy and inexpensive.
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing Juice Pulp Recipe Book 23 December 2014

I juice and have reused the juice pulp for a few years now. This book is amazing because the 21 recipes and ingredients are not only healthy, they are interesting and simple to use. Thank you Andrea. I will add these to my current recipes that are different than yours. The big added plus is all of the fiber from the vegetables and fruit plus the nutrients are not discarded. They are recycled/reused in the recipes which in my mind can only be a doubly good thing.

Great for juicers that don't know what to do with their pulp or for anyone that is gluten free and looking for substitutes for bread, etc. I am looking forward to tying these recipes.
