Let me say this is not my comments but I followed these from DEEPAK GUPTA review and the whole thing took 5-10 mins with a chat from Amazon support. follow steps 1 & 2 and then other available contact options and click on chat it's a winner, be nice to the other end as it always helps, I was passed from the first person to a team leader and they cancelled the Disney plus subscription for me.
1. Go to Your Account >> Apps and more
2. Under Appstore Support >> Customer Service
3. This will take you to the screen where you can seek help to various things on Amazon. I filled first and second question and waited for the third question to pop-in. The third question has an option for "Other Available Contact Options" which has "Chat" has an option - click that. This will allow you to chat to Amazon's representative (thankfully not a robot) and he/she will be able to cancel your subscription.
And bingo, I was able to cancel my monthly subscription for Disney+ on Amazon.
