5.0 out of 5 stars The best cfs/me info out there 7 June 2016

Just buy this. Seriously. For me it has been 16 years of other books and "solutions" and treatments and nothing has coming close to the work Dan Neuffer has done. He approaches it from a scientific, comprehensive view and explanation that all who suffer need. And it makes so much sense.

Stop waiting for the government or health organizations or the medical system to get it together! Start living with hope and answers NOW!
This book is an easy read and the fonts and headings don't suck like a lot of info written "for us" out there- refreshing! Take the first step with this book, because as Neuffer says, we often have to hope to even want to try again after what we've been through. So true!

If you're not sold on getting his other book yet this book will definitely give you hope, motivation and the peace of knowing that other people understand and have been through it and made it to the other side!
Checking out his website cfs unravelled or ans rewire has lots of good info to start with. Including video stories of actual people who recovered.
It is not impossible, please dont believe that establishment b.s. (I'm not pro or anti establishment except when it comes to screwing over the sick and poor like the CDC and HHS has done in the U.S., and others have done and are doing across the world. I'm talking about you right now, Sweden. < rant over.

I also really like that the author is unlike so many other cfs treatment practitioners trying to make money off of us (you'll see what I mean). Every other option is expensive ($,$$$ and $$$) and not even the whole shebang like this.

I think this book would benefit people with fibromyalgia and other conditions (lymes, multiple chemical sensitivities, etc.) Lots of nice practical coping tips that actually make sense for cfsme. Finally, reason has come to this awful nightmare. God bless you Dan Neuffer for your work. God bless you, all my fellow suffers, I pray for you all on most nights because no one deserves to suffer like this. And now we don't have to... Might not be easy but we're the toughest people out there. Get some hope today, good luck, and God bless.

Cfs/me, and fibro since age 17.

Bye, felicia. Find SOMETHING to laugh about everyday and you'll feel better!

5.0 out of 5 stars Practical and realistic 2 November 2012

Discover Hope : 34 Steps To Find Hope and To Cope with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Fibromyalgia

Whilst I don't have CFS my wife contracted it a 6 years ago. Living with the disease is very difficult and it has an impact on everyone in the family. Finding practical and useful information on how to cope with the disease is almost worse. Medical professionals differ in opinion - Dr. Google may just lead you up the garden path then back to where to came from.

The harsh fact is that CFS might just be forever and while hopefully somebody finds a cure, in the meantime a plan of attack is critical . If knowledge is power, as with the disease, you need as much power as you can lay your hands on. At the price, if a single piece of information adds to your arsenal it's money well spent.

I wish this was available 6 years ago, I'd would have bought it a hundred times over.

Very useful, if you really want to get rid of CFS.
For me, the greatest asset of this book is that this man knows by experience the details, as well as the big picture of CFS.
Don't miss it. You will benefit a lot from this book.
