Product Description

Liam “Hunter” Blake hates the Reapers MC. Born and raised a Devil’s Jack, he knows his duty. He’ll defend his club from their oldest enemies—the Reapers—using whatever weapons he can find. But why use force when the Reapers’ president has a daughter who’s alone and vulnerable? Hunter has wanted her from the minute he saw her, and now he has an excuse to take her.

Em has lived her entire life in the shadow of the Reapers. Her overprotective father, Picnic, is the club’s president. The last time she had a boyfriend, Picnic shot him. Now the men in her life are far more interested in keeping her daddy happy than showing her a good time. Then she meets a handsome stranger—a man who isn't afraid to treat her like a real woman. One who isn't afraid of her father. His name is Liam, and he’s The One.

Or so she thinks.

Joanna Wylde's Reaper MC series only gets better with each book that she writes. Devil's Game has every thing from the start you get the sense of a boy looking out for his family, trying to keep his sister safe. Then looking out for his MC family of brothers and moves on to protect Em the love of his life, only he didn't know it straight away. This book had me hooked from the first page and i enjoyed laughing out loud, with some of the crazy things going on between Em and Hunter. I highly recommend you get a copy and enjoy Joanna's awesome work.

I received a free copy if this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.

Devil's Game is book 3 in Joanna Wylde's Reapers MC series. While each book in this series centres around a different couple the books should be read in order.

We got a sneak peak of Em and Hunter's story during Reaper's Legacy (Book 2) and I was looking forward to seeing how the daughter of a Reaper could be with a member of the Devil Jack's - an enemy club. Reading this story I was just unable to see how Em and Hunter could possibly get their happily ever after and that kept me turning the page - I devoured the story in less than a day.

I love that Devil's Game is written from the point of view of both Em and Hunter. It works really well especially given they are both at different clubs.

Joanne has delivered another great story. I'd highly recommended Devil's Game and the whole Reapers MC series. Book 4 in the series, which will be Picnic's story, is due out later this year and I can't wait.

Joanna Wylde's books just keep getting better and better in her MC series. I was hoping it would live up to the previous two books but she actually exceeds expectations!!

This one follows the Repear's and the Devil' Jacks and overlaps the time frame of Reaper's Legacy slightly with the focus on Emma Heyes, Picnic's daughter President of the Reapers MC and her relationship with Liam aka Hunter and sworn enemy of the Repears MC by being a Devil's Jack and adopted son of their President and how their road to a HEA is far from straight forward.

This book is slightly different to previous ones with the lead characters being younger, Emma and Liam are both in their twenties and so talk, date and view things differently to the previous two couples in the series. The lead Emma has always been feisty and sassy and she shines so bright in this tale and finally gets to shine and show how far she'll go for those she loves. Gone is the meek Emma who is Picnic's daughter and here as a woman you don't mess with or she'll "kick you in the balls!!"

Liam is a hot, alpha, biker who you all just want to keep. Their road to happiness is far from easy. So many things stand in the way for this couples HEA. Club beliefs, family loyalties, secrets and lies but can "true love" overcome those odds???

Liam, this man has his past full of demons and blindly follows his club orders as their the only people he loves and trusts, but will he follow orders once they lead to Emma? Will he follow them and live a lie? Can he keep the woman and his club cut?
Will Emma risk all she knows to stand by the man she loves?

This book is by far the best of the series to me. So if you like bikers hot and alpha and your heroines sassy and smart. A case of Romeo and Juliet via biker clubs and some secrets and lies this books is for you!!!

You cannot fault this piece of art. Seriously it is brilliant. Wylde's style has improved over her books and the story of Em and Hunter is proof of that. She is able to pull of the hard and dirty and wrap it in soft and fluffy and make it look like the perfect love story.
I think i loved this story more because there was not a whole lot of focus on the motorcycle club business. I love MC books but sometimes trying to sift through the murky water is really a little boring. There was none of that in this book.
Both characters where believable, both made me hate and love, i cared what happened to them and if they didn't get what i thought they deserved.
Worth the read and the money, something that i will be re-reading soon. :)

I'm sorry, but this book is so dam basic and predictable, I knew what was going to happen before I turned the next page. I find it hard to believe people actually gave it five stars. Not that it matters seeing my review will be placed in the back of the queue and people probably won't even read this. A shame really. The price of the book is outrageous, seeing there are editing issues.( Around the 200 page mark or so there is a nice sex scene that is spoiled by a repeat chapter) You might want to check that out before charging $10.99 for the book.

couldn't fault this book. the other two books in the series missed me off occasionally but this one was flawless where I loved the guy and the girl and non of them passed me off. I especially loved how I got to see what happened to em during the kidnapping scene in the previous book. I thought it was going to be a Romeo and Juliet story but it was far from cliche. 5+ stars for "devils game".

Awesome...... Once i started i just couldn't stop. I loved to up's and downs with Em and Hunter relationship and the dynamics of how two different MC's handled their relationship. This book is totally worth the five star rating and would recommend it.... Its got humour, steamy sex, kick ass alpha male bikers all a girl needs all rolled in one book.... Orgasmic xoxo
