Just didn't work for meReviewed in the United States on 27 May 2019
I did read the entirety of this book. The back and forth between the two main characters constantly switching POV drove me crazy.m if that had been stabilized it wouldn't have needed to switch between third and first and italicize all the internal thoughts. Finally it got too religious but in a fashion that felt awkward and contradictory to the rest of the story. So it just didn't work for me.

WOW. Definately not a story line I have ever read beforeReviewed in the United States on 8 February 2019
As a good Catholic girl, I was definitely enlightened to the dark side that the priests can be subjected too. Author's statement at the end of the book makes me hope that at least parts of this book was accurate. Unreal. Sign me, Still shaking my head.

Loved itReviewed in the United States on 14 November 2020
This is my third book by this author. I've enjoyed them all. This was an interesting idea of a paranormal historical romance. I like both genres. It made for a great mix. Annabelle and Gavin made a great team fighting the supernatural. Maybe they will have more adventures later together?
Loved it!Reviewed in the United States on 16 February 2020
I thought it was well written and I loved the characters. I grew up Catholic so it was easy for me to understand, even the love between the two characters was what love is and should be, a blessed sacrament.
