I purchased a kitchen mixer for my fiance in Melbourne thinking she could bring it with her when the international boarder opens up again. Realizing it was a 220v appliance with no 110v switch, I asked her to return the product as purchased by mistake. Customer service was polite and respectful as well as very efficient. I will buy from this merchant again and they get six stars.
