I can’t believe I just read over 500 pages of this I’m shocked at what can just keep escalating over and over and I’m getting tired of it
Nonetheless I finished and it was ok not as good as the first or second but a conclusion at least.

Like soooooo many people, I had been eagerly awaiting this book and anxiously awaiting the fate of Story and Gray to see if they could sway the winds of fate in their favour. I first fell in love with this couple in Stolen Soulmate, the angst and the forbidden aspect really drew me in and left me feeling bereft when the cliffhanger came..... and Mary’s writing has continued to do keep me turning each and every page to see how these two can overcome all of the odds to be together!
After Forbidden Fate, I was devastated! The obstacles in the way of these soulmates just seemed insurmountable and I felt like they were destined to be apart! It left me so nervous for this book and the road it would take..... but I trusted in Mary’s writing. There are certainly twists and turns, there are things you didn’t see coming but also things I predicted, there is love, there is angst, there is key players whose end games are slowly revealed and unravelled.... it is a roller coaster of a story!
I don’t want to spoil it for those that haven’t read it, but if you’ve been following this Crowne Point universe that the author has created and you’ve been dying to know what happens for Gray and Story then this is definitely a must read! Just have some wine handy and hold onto your kindle because it’s a long ride when you’re trying to rewrite what seems written in stone.... I cannot wait for Gemma and Grim!!

The conclusion this this trilogy is finally here. I have been on the edge of my seat waiting for this book and I finally have my hands on it. The chemistry between Story and Grey was still like fire, as it has been through the whole series. There is no denying that these two only burn for each other. I also actually ended up liking a few of the other characters that I didn’t gel with in the previous books. Just getting an insight in to them a little more shed light on their true persona and my heart hurt for them. There was a couple of times while reading that I felt the tears start, there are some very heartfelt moments in this book.
I did feel like the book was a little slow in some areas, and I felt like I was waiting for something to happen that didn’t, but that could just be me and how I thought this book would go. I felt like the first part of the book was not as gripping as the rest of the series was. I felt a little lost with what was happening until over halfway through, Then the angst and emotions in the writing hit me and I was hooked.
Do not get me wrong. This author is amazing, and she knows exactly how to rip out your heart with her words, and I will continue to read her books. I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us next.

“I’ll be the villain, I’ll be the bad guy, I’ll be whatever I have to be, to keep Story safe.”
Rating: 4.5 stars
Destroyed Destiny by Mary Catherine Gebhard is the third and final instalment to Grayson and Story’s story and the forth book in the Crowne Point series.
Throughout this whole series I been destroyed, then put back together, only to be shattered once more and this book was certainly no different.
I quickly became addicted with the angst and suspense within these pages as well as the twist and turns, the heartbreak, regret, betrayal and love.
This is the perfect conclusion to Grayson and Story’s journey and I cannot wait to see what else this series has in store for us.
If you’ve been considering reading this series and love a bully romance with second chances don’t hesitate in one clicking this series !!!
Suggested reading order:
Stolen Soulmate (book #2)
Heartless Hero (Book #1)

I can’t believe I’ve already devoured this book!
I don’t even know where to start because this book was just pure perfection. The angst, suspense and drama was all there for me to hang on to through every page of this book.
Story and Gray are just such an angsty couple but it’s what I love about them so much. There’s so many ups and downs throughout this books between these two characters but the way it’s written leaves you DYING for more.
I was so nervous reading this book because I literally had no clue what was going to happen next. This is probably my favourite book in the Crowne Point series because it just had all the elements I needed in a book.
I’m also in desperate need for Gemma’s book now. She’s been a character since heartless hero, that intrigued me. I just know that her story is going to obliterated my soul.
Also, I’d just to finish this writing by saying how IMMACULATE Mary’s writing. Seriously, she’s like the queen of heartbreak and angst and I can’t wait to read more from her!

Full of gut wrenching angst, sweet stolen moments, twists you won't see coming and a love that will be tested to it's absolute limits. Destroyed Destiny is a heartbreakingly beautiful ending to a series that has completely consumed me, destroyed me and left me with a major book hangover at the end of each book.
I have been so emotionally invested in these characters right from the very beginning. Mary Gebhard really knows how to rip your heart out, stomp all over it and leave it lying on the ground. I was right there with them through all of the pain, drama and intense feelings. And through it all I just desperately wanted them to get their HEA.
Destroyed Destiny was one heck of an emotional rollercoaster and it is once again going to be hard to move on to a new book anytime soon.
10/10 would recommend this series to anyone and everyone.

Slow, savage burn - unputdownable!
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 November 2020Verified Purchase
This final book in Grayson and Story's tale was a slow, savage burn that was impossible to put down. I had SO MANY FEELINGS whilst reading it: anticipation, major angst, frustration, horror, and keen exhilaration.
"I will always belong to him. He's mine, and I'm his."
Story is caught in a trap of pretty much her own making but it doesn't stop Gray trying to break every rule he can. His singular obsession, his love and his possessiveness overrides his own common sense and even common decency. The passion and devotion between them was simply breathtaking. There were so many times during the story that I just wanted to scream because of the injustices and the sheer helplessness of their situation. Loved it. Hated it. Obsessed by it!
"He knew my breath. He knew my sounds. He knew my soul. He knew my everything."
This story, in fact the whole trilogy, was a complete rollercoaster of emotions, secrets, machinations, and scorching moments. The storytelling was absolutely stellar and I can't recommend these books enough!

This needs more than 5 stars!!!
It's the third book in Gray and Story's story.
It's happy. It's sad. It's torturous!
It made me smile. And it made me cry.
It is so filled with angst and drama. Full of love and sacrifice.
I couldn't put this book down once I opened it up. I absolutely loved Story.
I loved Gray. I hated Gray. As for West...
Yes. It was one of THOSE sorts of books. The sort that leaves you shattered.
Fabulous writing from Mary Catherine Gebhard.
This is not a standalone.

Destroyed Destiny

What can I say about the main female character? She is a TOTAL submissive, mindless where Grayson is concerned, despite being an educated woman she made me angry, frustrated and at times I pitied her. This book is about an obsessive, raw, all consuming love, on both sides. There is no such thing as race in these 4 books, only class, it’s archaic and all about power.
Well done to Ms Gebhard for entering the interracial field and showing that their is more to our beautiful, colourful diverse world than one colour.

To put it in a language FB thought me my relationship with this trilogy is complicated...
Book one was brilliant, it blew my world and I was a sucker for more... I knew it ended on a cliffhanger as book two was already scheduled to be there. Grayson was awesome and Story took a place in my heart.
Book two was a huge disappointment, the story was weak, the plot bland, Story and Grayson whiney and so annoying, I sometimes had the feeling I was reading a different book. To make things worse it ended on cliffhanger and hear hear it was unannounced, the author hushed it down and had the audacity to ask not to spoil the end for others... ehm 🤨 declaring a cliffy it’s called respect towards the readers who buy your book, and spoiler alert! honesty never spoils the fun.
On to book three, let’s say I waited ages for this! It took forever to finally be released, however I’m not holding this against the author, quite the opposite in fact, I understand it was a complicated story and she wanted to deliver the last part to perfection. Again, she should have be transparent about the end on book two and let us, the readers, choose how to go about that...
anyway I couldn’t get straight into book three since I needed to re read some parts of book two, therefore I started this not in the best of moods 🥺 but... it’s such a long book that by the end I got over it! 🤣
Overall I think a third book wasn’t necessary and sometimes it felt like the story dragged and it could have been told in two books. The saving grace of this book is Grayson, he totally redeemed himself and I could see the old Atlas make an appearance. Story also stopped getting on my nerves and most of the times I liked the way she acted and behaved.
I’m glad this is over and I’m ready to read Gemma’s story and see what happens to Lottie.
Despite all her shortcomings Ms Gebhard has a talent, her storytelling flows easily, I enjoy her lyrical writing. I’m also keen to know what happens to Crowne Point and the rest of the characters. I just hope the author will handle better the future books 😉

During my reading years I have come across a lot of books that I loved. But every once in a blue moon I will find a series that truly gets to me and makes me feel like it was written just for me. They met all my criterias and a couple I didn’t even know I had. They are so addictive that they tied me up in knots. Sometimes I'm not sure why it’s different, why it’s so special, why it stuck with me when so many didn’t but it just has. That’s my feeling after finishing this series and I have felt this only one other time.
When you find a book that is not perfect, where things that you don’t like happen, where most of the time you are mad and dejected but the story is still able to keep you, touch you, mark you, you know you found something unique that will stay with you forever.
I doubted the author in this book and I was scared she wasn’t going to give the story the ending it deserved. I was pissed at Story and being totally honest this time around I did question her and their love for a split second and that gave the story a whole new layer. But then their love came flooding me and I couldn’t stop my heart from skipping beats, the butterflies in my stomach or the tears in my eyes.
It is easy to make you fall in love with the happy place, the kind words, the overflow of chemistry but when an author can make you fall in love with the moments of doubt and sadness, with the hateful words, with the hard places and hurtful scenes that seems to be everywhere you know you struck gold.
Gray and Story. Their love it's cruel, it's painful, and it's so addicting. It is hard and I hurt for them. I cried for them, screamed for them and screamed at them as they tried to fight for their forever. But I was also smiling and so happy for them at the end. Mary Catherine Gebhard didn’t hold back, she threw so many punches, she took risks, she was so brave with those books and I truly applaud her for that. This series is absolutely gut wrenching but totally worth it since I lived for every single moment of it.
Honestly, do yourself a favour and pick up this series if you haven't already.
