As a fan of the Fighting fantasy gamebooks that came out in the early 80s this is a must have for any adventurer that dares to brave the dangers of Baron Sukumvit's Death trap dungeon as you are finally able to colour those incredible pieces of fantasy art drawn by Iain McCaig!
The size of the book itself is A4 and the front cover has a nice quality feel to it.
However....there are issues that will need addressing for future volumes if i am to give it a fabled 5 star rating!
These are faithful/scanned reproductions of the original artwork and many are heavily inked in (But this is not too much of a problem)
There also appears to be a dreadful "Scanning" line down the left hand side of the pictures and is on every second page (I suppose these will vanish when you start colouring)
And TWO illustrations seems to be missing and that is of THE GIANT SCORPION in section 143! (one of my favourites) and Igbut the gnome from section 364!!!!
Insanity! Noooooooo! How could you forget! (laughing!)
Despite my earlier "niggles" i am proud to own this volume and be not dissuaded from purchasing a copy!
If they sell well,no doubt they will make more!
One last thing.
Do not attempt to use any felt pens as they will bleed through to the next page.Colouring pencils work best
