Product description

About the Author

David Bomba, aka DT Bomba, Dr Dave, Denmark Dave, is a fiction writer, former award winning ecotourism business owner and one time senior researcher, PhD. He has written non-fiction and fiction and all sorts in between.

He is the author of The Australian Grey Nomad Mystery Series; and numerous non-fiction titles in scientific journals. He is a foundation member of the Great Southern Writers' Group of Western Australia and a member of the Australian Cosy Mystery Readers group on Facebook. When not writing, Dave likes to volunteer as a radio announcer, tour guide and also works as a casual visitor experience officer.

An interesting fact you may not know about him is that he's very protective of his chooks: Solo, Twistea and Cheezel who like to play devil’s advocate, silent mentors, especially when he’s rambling on about book ideas or doing readings. They’re great listeners but no so good with feedback. Dave likes to interpret their silence as admiration. It keeps him going. They were also the inspiration for Book 2 Chicken Trance.

Life is a collection of short stories which add up to one epic adventure. I have had a variety of life and career experiences. Each of these were stories in themselves, but life moves on. Change is constant. In my writing career I have mostly published scientific articles in peer reviewed journals. All pretty boring stuff compared to cozy mystery crime writing. It’s a lot more fun - if you don’t mind the dead bodies and stay detached! Some say I may even be a long lost relative of Bomba the Jungle Boy. Maybe this might explain my sense of adventure and fascination with mysteries.
