The Dark Bite (Vampire Hunter Society Book 1) Kindle Edition
As a member of the House of Rose, a division of the Vampire Hunter Society, I've got one of the highest kill records on file. I track my mark and don't stop until the job is done.
That is, until my mark saves my life. Luka Drake isn't like the vampires I've been hunting for the past five years, and despite the fact that he's a vampire prince fresh out of Magic City Prison for committing God knows what crime, I can't kill him.
My only other option is to walk away and pretend our paths never crossed. I'm about to pull it off but Luka pulls me back, and in the worst way possible, in a way that changes everything.
This is a full-length slow burn paranormal romance for readers that love Jaymin Eve, Linsey Hall and K.F. Breene.

OK where to start? This book is so awesome and I couldn’t put it down and when I looked at the time I was already past 20% the pages just fly by.
I feel for Aspen and her big heart. One interesting decision she makes Changes her life as she knows it and when she starts asking questions her whole world starts to unravel.
This story from start to end you are on your toes feeling what they are feeling. Its extremely well written and you catch up with a few familiar faces and meet some awesome new ones like Liv.
I can’t wait for book 2 to see where this journey takes Aspen and Luca… I have a feeling its going a hell of a ride just like all of Leias other books
This book dives right in with our two heroines going on a hunt, one that will make or break their careers. Aspen though is after the promotion as much as the bounty for the kill.
This is a spin off of the Wolf Girl series that can be read as a stand alone. There are some cameos from the original series for people returning to reading about this world which is highly nostalgic.
I loved the humour and the blurred lines between truth and lies. Aspen's life is complicated putting it mildly and I honestly enjoyed reading about her. I am anxiously waiting for the next book!

Brilliant story from Stone. I couldn't put the book down. I loved seeing many of my favourite characters from wolf girl and I am looking forward to the next book, especially with the arrival of an unexpected associate of Luca's.
I knew this was a spin off from wolf girl (you don't have to read them but you really should as they are amazing). So I was expecting a good story (it is Leia Stone) but thought I may miss the main wolf girl characters.
But I didn't, I loved all the new characters, Luka is developed & definitely more in touch with his feelings than Aspen. Even Sterling grew on me through the book. Can't wait for book 2, I just want to know what happens next as I loved the story so much. I wouldn't describe the ending as a cliff hanger.
I cried and laughed and was so happy now I'm damn right outraged lol.
This book follows a brilliant vampire hunter whos life turns to hell when she saves a gorgeous vampire but the vampire is the only good thing as the hunters walls tumble round her.
What I love about LEIA is that she gets supernatural characters and puts her own unique spin on it that's different and golden! I love her for doing that AND this book.
Really enjoyed the nature of this story and how blended it became with real world issues despite being paranormal. It’s well written with great characters, that twist at the end...Gah!
Can’t wait to read book two.
