All three books in the series are fantastic and are very hard to put down once you start to read them.
In book no 2 Daily Routines Simple Solutions for Health and Longevity I learnt about Qi and the meridians. I also learnt how scars and other things can block the Qi from flowing freely, disturbing the bodies equilibrium, which could lead to disease in the organ fed by that particular meridian.
This book has increased my awareness onhow acupuncture treatment and moxibastion are so important to our health and well being. Having regular Toyohari Japanese style acupuncture has helped me to heal chronic headaches and a recent onset of shingles.
Locating acupuncture point ST36 is made easy, by watching Joanna's video which is linked to the e-book and the demonstration on how to burn moxa on that point, to stimulate the immune system to promote better health.
I also have become aware of how well balanced chakras play an important part in our well being. Risen awareness of this phenomenon will help you to open up the blocked chakras.
Joanna explains the exercise called the five Tibetans and has given a link to a video which demonstrates how to perform it correctly.
As the world around us is changing, creating more toxins In the air we breathe and the food we eat and the electro magnetic radiation from technology, mobile phones etc. it is important that we support our liver and cleanse our digestive system, especially the colon. Joanna's detoxifying strategies and helpful advice on use of supporting supplements will help you achieve a long and healthy life.
