5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent read - after reading it, I went and bought another book in the series. 8 May 2017

Here's what it's not - It is not a new alien world. Almost all of the book was while Erin was on the cruise ship.

Nase and Ware are interesting characters that compliment each other. One is quick to anger, quick to love, very ruled by his emotions. While the other one is in total control. (Most of the time) In a nude ship they feel right at home. In their world everyone is a nudest. OK - that was a bit extreme. The descriptions of the two men didn't describe extra hair, or very calloused feet... It just doesn't seem like everyone would be able to live naked without any issues. So I had to suspend my logical side. But what the heck - it is a romance. Now my next suspend your logic - that these two caring men didn't understand that pulling all her pheromones wouldn't hurt Erin. These pheromones are what makes a women attractive to men. OK - another suspend logic thing. Erin got over her anger too quickly.

So now you know the bad. The good is how Nase and Ware worked together. Erin slowly getting out of her shell. And Chad who is someone you really love to hate.

In the end:
Sex - Yes, well written, and menge with two hot guys
Plot - Excellent - but suspend logic a bit while reading.
Characters - perfect! I loved Ware and Nase - they had their faults but still easy to love them. Erin was amazing. The type of person that you cheer for. And Chad... Chad is a good bad guy.
Re-read - Yes. It's in my collections.
Overall - excellent, I wish the rules of the planet weren't so corny. But hey - it made things interesting!!!!!!

2.0 out of 5 stars No depth to characters or story - *Slight Spoiler Alert* 15 May 2017

I got this book on a whim, one because it was free and two because of all the good reviews. However I was very disappointed. I found the characters to be one dimensional and the dialogue was stilted and unnatural. Yes, Nase and Ware are from another planet but even Erin's part of the conversation didn't flow well. Of course, the vast majority of the book was sex related so perhaps that's why more attention wasn't paid to the nonsexual interactions. The author professes to provide eroticism with a good story but in my opinion the story part was lacking. I found Erin especially unbelievable.

SLIGHT SPOILER ALERT. I don't know if this truly qualifies as a spoiler as considering it is an erotic romance, you pretty much know they will end up together, but the plot device of having everyone in Erin's life be users who didn't care about her so she really had no reason for staying on Earth was ridiculous. Everyone, I mean everyone, her mother, sister, boss, friends, everyone was presented as a selfish non-caring person who used Erin for their own selfish purposes. I find that really hard to believe and even harder to believe that Erin, who is supposedly intelligent didn't see at least some of it until it was pushed in her face.

Yes, there are hot sex scenes but that was about it for me. I would much prefer a story with an emotional connection that leads to a physical one. For me, there was no emotional connection between the three main characters. If you filter to see the verified purchase reviews, there are more than a few five star ones, but the majority of the five and four star reviews are not verified purchases. Each to their own, but if you like some depth to your story and characters, I would recommend you take a pass on this one. I won't be reading the rest of the series.
3.0 out of 5 stars An OK to Good Read 25 May 2017

For me this was an OK to good read. I wanted to love this book and I could see potential in it, but it kind of fell flat for me. The story is about Erin, Nace and Ware. Erin is a sci-fi aficionado and works in the tech area of a sci-fi TV station, she is a bit of a doormat to her family, friends and coworkers. Nace and Ware are pretty hot, from the Planet Eden, the original settlers were humans brought to Eden thousands of years before from Greece/Rome. For some reason their race doesn't produce many female children, so they find them on earth. The Edenists also developed different physic powers which vary by families. It wasn't the storyline that bothered me, it was more the lack of depth and descriptions, there were so many instances that could have been expanded on, as an example, when the characters go to Eden, I didn't get much sense of what the environment was like, other than there was a large forest and it is always warm enough to be naked outside. I wanted to find out what it looked, felt and sounded and smelled like, with color, topography, just more details that would have added richness to the story. Yes, there is sex, some is fairly carnaI, again it was good with the potential to be fabulous. I would also have thought that more attention would have been spent on fixing their political status, and some other things mention but never expanded on, maybe that will be handled in the following books. I did like the overall premise, and the High Poetess was very unique and amusing. So as I said before, it was OK to good, I didn't hate it or love it. I'll still read the other books in the series, because there was stuff I liked in this book, and I've liked other books from Lexi Post.
4.0 out of 5 stars Sci-Fi Romance - interesting series 31 May 2017

This is not my usual genre. I don't read "romance" books as a rule. However, I found the sci-fi elements caught my attention and the sex scenes were plenty steamy. I liked Erin and the Edenist men but felt like it was a little unrealistic that literally everyone in her life was a user and she was such a doormat just because she hadn't had a real date in 6 years. I get it can be a blow to your self-esteem, but most people don't just allow themselves to be walked all over by everyone because they can't get laid. There were enough elements in the book that interested me enough to download the second book, and I'm glad I did. I really enjoyed the next 3 books more than this one, so I'm glad I gave it a shot. I'm not converting to a "romance" fan, but I certainly enjoyed this sci-fi romance series.
5.0 out of 5 stars Cruise Into Eden ~ The Eden Series ~ Book 1 23 June 2017

Cruise into Eden takes a paranormal romance in a new directions when Nassic Wild and Wareson Night come on the nudist cruise from the planet Eden to contact Erin Danielson. Erin finds the two strong sexy men attractive from the first minute she sets her eyes on them.

One of the strong parts of the characters is how Nase and Ware's personalities compliment each other and how they work together for the common goal of bonding with Erin. I am not a big fan a menagé, but this one is well written and the personalities of each of the three is always part of the encounter and relationship that is developing, keeping it from being just a sex scene.

Most of the story takes place on the cruise ship and only the end takes place on Eden, the planet that is Erin's new home with her two hot men.
