When it comes to health, it is always high on my agenda. I am always on the look out for a good book to read about the subject. I recently came across this book and was quite skeptical at first because I had not heard of the author before. Adrian Ziliani's 14 secrets on how to lower your stress, get more energy, achieve more, be more productive and have more fun in your life kept me glued to the book from the first page to the last.
I like the way Adrian challenges the readers to think differently about what happiness is. He goes deeper to explore the correlation between emotion and physiology and how one affects the other. My favourite is Chapter 6 - Remove the Poison. I learn so much about food! Even chocolate is good for you! I highly recommend the book.
