5.0 out of 5 stars Get's the blood pumping

Crackenback is a fast-paced crime novel set in the picturesque region of Thredbo. Lee Christine sets the tone beautifully in the prologue, hinting at the trouble to come.
Detective Sergeant Pierce Ryder is hunting for Hutton while Eva Bell and Jack Walker are reuniting in less than favourable circumstances.
I read this book in two sittings but it took my heart rate at least two hours to return to normal. Lee Christine masterfully negotiates the tough terrain of the snowy mountains while her cast of characters master not only the elements but each other.
10/10 recommend!
