This is a great book, it's split I to two sections, 8hour plus cooks and less than 8 hours. There are several fan favourite recipes here and they give enough background for a seasoned cook to take inspiration and then cook by feel too.
We've used the book constantly for the past few weeks and I don't see that changing for some time.
