Excellent book with a large range of houses

It is an excellent book. I bought one for myself and one for my parents it was that good. Great designs with the individual floor plans. To have floor plans is rare. A little information could have been given on materials used and why chosen and if people had tight budgets or open cheque books. Other than a little more info it is one of the better contemporary beach books around today. It is highly recommended.
