Marilyn Lundberg’s true crime memoir, “Contamination To Transformation,” speaks to the horror of sexual abuse, specifically incest, neglect and bullying.
Her abusers thought that their hidden dirty secrets would never be remembered by her, but that was incorrect. All their sins were carefully recorded in her flashbacks, nightmares, night terrors, body memories and trauma triggers. The actual events were repressed for decades, but her body never forgot.
The emotional and psychological trauma that she experienced, left no bruises or broken bones, but inside her body she developed PTSD, major depression, Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD), suicidal thoughts, panic attacks, anorexia plus too many more disorders to mention. She bravely steps past the shame of incest, and gives a totally transparent, brutally honest account of the agony she endured.
Most importantly, Marilyn’s memoir, “Contamination To Transformation,” is carefully written to not traumatize the reader. She carefully lays out her roadmap-to-healing for victims suffering from any sort of trauma. She wants you to know that peace, joy and happiness now fills her heart, and she is honored to pass this valuable healing information onto all people who have been traumatized
