I bought the new Powerbeats Pro, to replace my 1st gen Airpods. I like Airpods, and I've been waiting for an upgrade for a long time. When I finally got the Powerbeats Pro, given all good reviews, I was excited. Then I put them on. I was hoping the included tips would be good. They're sh*t. Zero acoustics. Flimsy. They leak sound both in and out, the fit is crappy. Small too small, medium too large. Also, I could completely feel it was all leaking out. What a shame.

I had a pair of complys in an old in-ears, many, many years ago. I remember they were magical. I decided to try. With 4 models it was hard to buy a single one, I decided to go for noise isolation, because I was hoping that the proper material would be the right choice. I'm used to wear in-ears for a long time, so I was hoping for the best choice for good sound.

U2's Raised by Wolves has an acoustical version in the deluxe edition. It's gorgeous and rich when I listened with airpods. Say whatever you want, but it has such a natural soundscape, music like that shines. Using the default ear tips in the Powerbeats Pro, I was dismayed. With the Comply's 400, I can definitely see the bass is richer, and of course, there is a signature sound tuning, so bass is definitely bassier, but not entirely bad. The middles are there, well defined. Voice is good, natural.

Another of my favorites, Eleanor Rigby from Beatles. Complex music. Voice a small bit over-pronounced, Stereo separation is fine. Cords are clear and the bass is rich again. It's finally an upgrade from the airpods.

Not worth buying what is effectively cheap foam that doesn't last

I have never written a review on amazon, however after purchasing this product, I had to make sure to warn others not to make the same mistake I made. I bought these foam earbuds to go with my 1more headphones. First of all, they weren't very comfortable in my ears, but I dismissed this down to just bad compatibility with the shape of my ear canals. Then soon after using them, I started noticing parts of the foam coming off. I was using these headphones once a week at most. As you can see from the picture, the foam tips literally disintegrated after light use.

After contacting the seller, he refused to offer any compensation, and admitted that according to the manufacturer, the foam tips are designed to last 4-6 weeks. Which implies in a year, you would be spending the cost of a medium range headphones just on foam tips. I suspect if they stated this upfront, not many people would be duped into buying these. As a point of comparison, I've had various shure headphones from medium end to high end for over 10 years, and some of them still have the original foam tips, still in perfect working order. So this points to the fact that these are a really cheap and poorly manufactured aftermarket product. Buyer beware, purchase at your own risk.

Ordered these to go with my new KZ ZST earbuds for motorcycle riding.
They fit the earbuds perfect and created the seal I wanted.
Unfortunately those earbuds are trash (yes even for the money) which i'll also be leaving a review on,,, but the comply tips also fit the AKG earbuds which came free with my Galaxy S9 plus, and the experience is fantastic.
I can hear clear details in music while on the freeway at 110kph. Anyone who rides a motorcyle knows that wind noise is incredible at those speeds, so these comply tips are amazing compared to stock rubber tips.
They also keep a nice fit just with everyday listening at home, but shine when you need to be blocking out external noise.
I use earplugs a lot, so could probably have done with the Large comply tips, but medium has been fine.

I use these with the ZNT air fit headphones. Swapping the default tips with the Comply tips truly brought out the sound on those head phones. Really great product. My only advice is make sure you get the right size! For a while I used tips that were too large, which ended up hurting my ears after a while. The tips should fit easily in the ear without pressing too hard on the inside. The mediums ended up working for me really well whilst still maintaining great sound. So I recommend maybe buying the 3 pack with different sizes so you can try them out first. For me the extra money was totally worth it so that I could try the right fit. After I found the right size I loved them so much I ordered another 3 pack of foam tips of the same size for spares.

In 2 months I've gone through 2 sets of tips and am about to start on the third ones. Thought it must have been me the first time but these just disintegrate with use (5 days a week, 2 odd hours a day.

Expect to change them over every 1 - 2 months.
