About the Author

Jill Clendon is a registered nurse, currently working as nursing policy adviser and researcher for the New Zealand Nurses Organisation. Her current work centres on nursing workforce issues and models of care. Jill holds a PhD in Nursing from Massey University, a Masters of Philosophy in Nursing from Massey University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Auckland University.
