JuvenileReviewed in the United States on 24 July 2019
The characters were one dimensional, the dialogue was vapid and juvenile. I thought the story had loads of potential.but it was so poorly executed it was left to flounder in mediocrity. If I had read even one dissenting critique, I might not have purchased it.
Excellent - Could Not Put It DownReviewed in the United States on 8 August 2011
From the very first pages of this amazingly written novel, I felt caught up in the life of the main character, Bridget Grey, and every other character introduced after her. The author's way of putting words to the page and developing the characters and situations throughout the entire story made it impossible for me to put this book down. You will be amazed from the first words right right up until the last. Hard to believe that this is Ms. Robinson's first novel - where has she been hiding. A fantastic read - you will not be disappointed. Cannot wait to read more of this author's work.

FantasticReviewed in the United States on 7 September 2012
This was by far the best book I have ever read. Could not put it down. Can't wait for more books by Michelle Robinson. Peaked your interest from page 1 to the end. Fantastic writer.
