- More Happiness Per Cup. Brewing with cold water preserves all the natural goodness and sweet flavors, so you can probably forget all about sugar or sweeteners. Plus, our system produces coffee up to 67% less acidic than the regular stuff
- Instant Stone Cold Satisfaction. Cold brewing slows the deterioration of coffee right down so it stays fresh in the pitcher for weeks. Which means you can always have a carafe sat in the refrigerator for an instant, cool, fiesta of flavor and refreshment
- Twice (or Thrice) as Nice. If you like a good strong hit then you can enjoy your brew neat. But the longer brewing process makes it strong enough to dilute with two or three parts of water - or just about anything else you fancy mixing with it
- Cold Brew is Different. Iced coffee is made with hot espresso and quickly cooled so it comes out bitter. There’s no heat involved in cold brew. Put grounds in the filter, top up with water and relax. Easy as slipping on a banana skin on a tightrope
- Clean, Clear and Clutterless. So you’re a fan of spilling coffee over the kitchen, are you? No, didn’t think so. That’s why we provide a free measuring scoop, collapsible funnel and reusable filter with your cold brew kit

The Coffee Gator Cold-Brewer makes perfect, sweet, refreshing coffee every time.
Any experienced cold-brewer knows it’s the only way to drink cold coffee. Regular iced-coffee is like a wolf in sheep’s clothing: rushed, bitter and dressed up with enough sugar to put you in a diabetic coma.
Our cold-brewer is here to prevent this kind of medical emergency. It will spread waves of coffee-flavored refreshment throughout your home. Expect a trail of happy, healthy faces following in it’s wake.
Of course, cold brew does take a little longer. It took Michelangelo four years to paint the ceiling in the Sistine chapel. Do they wish they’d got any old decorator in to do it in a week? It’s unlikely. We’re not saying your coffee will be as famous as that ceiling, but it’ll definitely make the neighbours jealous.
So dance like there's nobody watching. Love like you'll never be hurt. Sing like there's nobody listening, and make your coffee with a Coffee Gator cold-brewer.

My only complaint is after I poor my coffee and go to twist the top off...it takes make me going hulk to get it started. I don't know if that's is just me waking up in the morning or something to do with it being cold but it is rough to disassemble. Other than that it does exactly what I says.
After a few weeks of use:
After using this for a few weeks I love it. My only suggestion with it would be to use cheaper coffee with it. Itbuses so much more coffee because it's a cold brew that you're better off using cheaper stuff and making it taste so kuci better.
I read about putting in more coffee and getting a thicker constituency and then diluting it. The only benefit that I can see that having is that you can get more cups of coffee per brew, so to speak.
If you drink lots of coffee, this product might be a little small for you unless you use the concentrated method I referred to above.
The included scoop and funnel makes it really easy to measure and place the coffee in the sieve. The thickness of the glass is good and it gives you a comfortable feeling that this thing won't break in your hands when you wash it or when the seal of the lid won't come loose (that happens).
The lid seals the entire jar pretty good and has a rubber seal itself - I don't want my coffee to take on other flavors from stuff that might be in my refrigerator.
The mesh of the sieve is very fine and it only leaves very fine coffee power through. If you pour your coffee into another jar after the brewing process gently you can however see the remainder on the bottom of the glass cylinder and it's not a lot.
There is, however, one very small thing to mention. In order to remove the sieve after the brewing process, you have to disassemble the maker by screwing off the black plastic top part. If it was possible to remove the sieve without doing that, I would call the design perfect... now I would call it very good.
I can definitely recommend that cold brew maker. The quality is top notch for this low price.
UPDATE 08 DEC 2017
My brewer's carafe broke possibly due to negligence. I contacted Coffee Gator about suggestions and they responded quickly offering a refund or replacement. Some issues arose due to a situation I had and they have been very understanding and helpful to me with resolving those issues, even going above and beyond what was expected to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Their correspondences have always been quick and polite. I was even contacted by the Founder of Coffee Gator who states that "My company believes in challenging the status quo. Our goal is to provide consistently reliable products and an exemplary level of customer service." I'd say they do have a great product with the cold brewer and have no doubt provided me with an exemplary level of customer service. Thank you Coffee Gator and customer service agent Viktoria!
the pitcher is easy to use, i just throw in 3 metal scoops (it comes with a scooper) of 8 oclock blend ground columbian coffee and fill it up with water that was filtered through my refridgerator. then i put it into the fridge for 24 hrs. taste is great and so is the pitcher itself. THE ONLY CRITICISM i would make is the lid. the lid is more of a "cap" and it would be nicer if i would be able to pour with the lid attached. maybe some sort of twist and pour mechanism or something.
So I was leery of trying a new coffee brand, but Arizona's summer came early this year, hitting 100 degrees in April. It was time for iced coffee, but Mr. Coffee had lost its chance (twice).
After much waffling, I settled on this iced coffee maker and loved everything about it. Even the packaging was high-quality. The plastic parts are thick and durable, the design is exceptionally thoughtful (for example, the filter bottom screws off to make for easy cleaning and the included scoop can be hung on a hook) and I have found the glass to be thick and durable. The filter can be unscrewed and the clear handled lid does seal the pitcher, allowing you to keep the coffee stored in the fridge.
The product has performed as advertised and expected and I find myself using the included funnel (cleverly collapsible) for many other things as well.
Finally, the customer service has been exceptional. Upon ordering I received a free e-book with coffee hacks and instructions that included a video before the product even arrived. Naturally, there was a follow-up email asking for a review which I am happy to leave.
The only "flaw" with this product is that it is a bit small to keep up with my husband and I's coffee needs. We each drink about 20 oz. (a travel tumbler) in the morning. Still, with a bit of advance planning, we keep on top of it but using other pitchers. But if Mr. Gator would come up with a bigger version, I'd be all over it.
I'm excited to see that Mr. Gator has other products and will be looking into those for our other coffee needs as well.
Also, their customer service is phenomenal! If you have any questions or just want to talk about coffee they are very courteous and will quickly get back to you!
Overall, great company and a top-tier product for a reasonable price. 11/10
I was immediately drawn to the branding (love that logo) and aesthetic of this cold brew machine, but I wasn’t sure so I waited a bit and eventually it came up as a deal of the day. I ordered it immediately and I am a huge fan! I think this company puts a lot of thought and heart into what they’re doing and it pays off. Small features, like the cap on the end of the filter unscrewing for easier cleaning, make this extremely easy to use and maintain. I also like the slim/tall design because it’s mindful that we don’t all have a huge amount of fridge space to devote to a cold brew system.
Our first brew did have a bit of silt. It settled on the bottom and wasn’t in our coffee at all until I poured the very last cup. I think with a slightly coarser grind this won’t happen in the future.
All in all, a great product: very easy to use & clean, and it delivers some amazing, smooth homemade cold brew.
I bought this pitcher with the hopes that it would address the following issues: 1) Easy cold brew process (put it in the fridge and forget about it for 16 - 24 hours), 2) Make it easier to deal with cleanup of the grounds, 3) eliminate the need to go through a slow filtering process at the end of the brewing cycle with my V60 and some #2 filters (I had been using a very simple grounds-in-a-bottle solution prior to purchasing this).
In my test, I found that it did not solve the issues I listed above. I brewed for 24 hours and got the sense that the grounds on the inside of the cylinder chamber were not getting much brew coverage (rather only the outermost grounds of the cylinder were getting the most coverage due to lack of water flow through the chamber). After 24 hours of brewing to achieve the desired strength, I found that the brew had some fine sediment in it that I would need to filter out (because I prefer cold brew that is without any sediment). Finally, clean up was harder due to having to push the grounds out and then scrape some out and, finally, delicately wash it. After the initial test run I removed the grounds cylinder/chamber and placed the grounds in the bottle and filtered as I had in the past (using V60 filters following 16 hours of brew time). That has been working well, but it's not ideal because the grounds settle to the bottom in a small, tall bottle with less surface area coverage than is probably optimal. I do stir the grounds occasionally throughout the brewing period to help with the surface area problem. This Coffee Gator bottle requires that I stir rather than shake (due to the permanent opening in the lid). Also, you can not lay this glass container on its side for the same reason. So my experience of using it without the plastic cylinder was also disappointing.
This would actually be perfect for making lemonade or tea, just not coffee that I enjoy. The lemons can sit in the chamber and you can pour in new water over the lemons. This is how I plan to use it now. It's my Coffee Gator lemonade maker! Really, a nice effort and idea by Coffee Gator but there are lower tech methods that produce much better cold brew.
1. It doesn't produce a lot of coffee if you're a big coffee drinker. I want to be able to go back to my fridge a couple of times a day and refill a 20 oz. cup. Fill up my coffee mug repeatedly! But with this product I can easily drink this amount of brewed coffee quickly. And like I said I love my coffee. I want a couple of days worth of coffee stored in my fridge. This product doesn't meet that goal.
2. The chamber for the coffee isn't very big. If you want a good STRONG brew, the chamber-filter barely holds enough coffee. I think one reviewer said, after doing the math, Coffee Gator recommends about 2.5 scoops of the scoop that comes with the product. I put in SIX scoops. After water them slowly, the grounds expanded and slightly spilled over the lip of the filter. The coffee came out strong and tasty. But with the filter chamber so small it made me wonder how much flavor I left behind because you can't really stir the grounds in that tiny space. So you can't created a flow of water through the grounds in order to extract all the flavor.
The product works and it's decent quality. I'd recommend to Coffee Gator that they consider making a Coffee Gator 2.0 in a larger size for big coffee drinkers.
