I found this book very useful in understanding how the food we eat affects our wellbeing. It has caused me to think about food in a different way and therefore make different choices. It is also useful in considering that medicine is not always the answer sometimes what we eat is just if not more important to many conditions.
I was fascinated to hear the latest scientific findings on how the burgeoning field of gut health can have an impact on almost all aspects of of wellbeing.
