A spectacular ending to this series. I found an intensity that makes me glad I read it eventually . I had read the first in the series and hesitated to continue but decided to jump to the end because I had to know how it came out! I recommend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars :Lucas and Yulia claimed my heart! 14 June 2016
By Melodyslove4books - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Claim me by Anna Zaires turned out to be one of my favorite books by this author along with the series. At the beginning, I secretly thought I couldn't love another couple better than Julian and Nora from the Twist Me trilogy. In one way, I was right, I didn't love Lucas and Yulia better....instead I found myself not comparing the couples, but falling for the Capture Me trilogy couple on their own merits.

Both Lucas and Yulia have something in common. They have prickly shells brought about by their life experiences yet they are not hard through and through...in fact, they were two souls searching for someone to complete them and that's what they found with each other. Even through dealing with what some would view as Yulia's treachery (I call it surviving) and Lucas sometimes being a callous jerk (he was trying not to get hurt), these two made it work.

More than anything, I wanted them to work, to get their HEA, and although they had a lot to overcome, I was comfortable Ms. Zaires could bring it about. In order to get this HEA, they had to get some people out of the way...and while big bad Julian might have been one of them, it was the two women in the compound who were the biggest obstacles. For those of you who felt sorry for Nora in the Twist Me trilogy, that girl is no more. She is freaking bad! (I love it, but she kind of scared me a bit lol). Her fellow baddie Rosa, I'm not so in love with, but I could understand her actions. And that's all I'm going to say about that.

I enjoyed seeing a little bit of the other side of Julian through his and Lucas' conversations. Dare I say that he has softened a bit? Don't worry, only a tiny bit! As for Lucas, I love that Lucas he stands up to Julian and shows no fear to his boss and completely protects Yulia. That's when he Lucas completely won my heart. I love how this story turns out. I really want to tell you, but if you read my reviews, you know that's not happening :)

The only other thing I want to say is the warring of the man Lucas was trained to be as a young man versus what he became due to a horrific situation is so interesting to follow. Anna Zaires did a fabulous job with this part of his character. While he might have wanted himself as well as everyone else to believe that he was a hardened criminal with no hope of redemption, it's quite clear that no matter what his actions have been, there is a piece of humanity in him that he has never lost.

So, I've said all of that to say this...Claim Me as well as the entire Capture Me trilogy is not a rewrite of the Twist Me trilogy in any way shape or form. Instead, it stands on its own merits...trust me, even the most committed fan of Julian and Nora will find themselves falling for Lucas and Yulia. I think their story is a little on the softer side of dark, but it's no less compelling. I give Claim Me 5 stars and recommend it to everyone...so get to one-clicking!

5.0 out of 5 stars all of those things with Yulia 18 June 2016
By Justirishgirl - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
Love possessive, protective, jealous & faithful alpha heroes and so I have loved Lucas since the first book in this series. He was all of those things with Yulia. He was obsessed with her and when she left him and he got her back, he swore that he would move heaven and earth before he allowed her to escape him again. Lucas is not a sadist like Julian from Twist Me and that was a relief. While I liked some parts of the Twist Me series, I had to skip over other parts, specifically things like when Julian beats and chokes Nora. It made it less enjoyable to me. Lucas is not like that. He never abuses Yulia. The one thing that both men though do have in common besides their alpha personalities is that they are faithful to their women. Even during a separation when Lucas erroneously believed that Yulia was betraying him by having smex with OM, he never even looked at OW much less had smex with one. As like the other books in this series the smex scenes were hot. The actions scenes were good and I was happy with the ending.

5.0 out of 5 stars An amazing conclusion to an unforgettable trilogy! 14 June 2016
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com

I’ve been looking forward so much to this final book in the “Capture Me” trilogy that a tiny part of me was worried it couldn’t possibly live up to expectations. I should have known better! Anna Zaires is an amazingly talented and dedicated author who never lets readers down. Yulia and Lucas’s relationship--intense and super sexy from the beginning--soars to unparalleled heights in “Claim Me” as these two remarkable people confront the forces seeking to destroy them. There are no easy answers for them, something I really appreciate as a reader who wants more complex, believable characters. But they persevere, strengthening one another in the process, and ultimately reach the truly satisfying ending they deserve. Except it isn’t really the ending! We get a bonus look in the delightful and very touching epilogue that also gives us a glimpse into the futures of Nora and Julian, the main characters in Anna Zaires’ related “Twist Me” series.
Make no mistake, this isn’t remotely a sweet, easy-going romance. If it was chili, it would be off the Scoville Scale. Super hot, pulse pounding, it’s not for the faint of heart. But for those who want a story that--pardon the cliché--really can’t be put down, here it is. Huge thanks to Anna Zaires for coming through so spectacularly. And now the wait begins for her next book. Whatever it is, I’ll be in line for it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Claim Me - Book 3 In Capture Me Series - Awesome Conclusion 15 June 2016
By Robin Manor - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
Claim Me is the last book in the Capture Me series by Anna Zaires. This series is a spin off from the popular Twist Me series and involves Lucas (Julian's right hand man),and Yulia, a spy who set them up with horrible consequences. Lucas and Yulia had begun a very hot affair before Lucas found out she was a spy. Now she is his captive and this book picks up where Bind Me, book 2, leaves off. It is highly suggested this trilogy be read in order, it can be a stand alone from Twist Me, but it is a good idea to read that in order as well as many characters and storylines stem from the first series, plus it's awesome reading.

This third book in the series is my favorite. It is nice and lengthy giving all the plot, intersecting storylines characters room for full development.
The book opens with Yulia having escaped and Lucas up to his neck in problems protecting Julian, Nora and her family while visiting them in Chicago. Yulia is determined to make her way back to her country to find her brother and make sure he is ok. She also wants to protect the agency she has been working for from the vengeance Julian and Lucas are planning. Yulia has been blackmailed for years to work as a spy for this company, they have her brother safely hidden away with an adoptive family. Yulia fears that her brother will be in grave danger when Lucas arranges to wipe out her spy organization. Lucas not knowing Yulia has a brother or the situation she is in, believes she is protecting a lover.
Beyond the very hot steamy sex scenes that Anna is so talented at writing, and the growing "romantic" feelings between Lucas and Yulia there a wealth of a many faceted story here. Prepare as well for an edge of your seat adventure filled with international spies, illegal arms and weapons sales, loyalties and betrayals, suspense and danger.

Both main characters are flushed out further as their secrets and histories are revealed. The story being told in POV's from both characters was awesome I loved getting both sides of the events and characters inner workings. Love that the storylines run parallel and intertwine with parts of the Twist Me series. I found the book was well paced, never rushed or too slow, always keeping me engrossed for hours at a time.
There ending of this trilogy is very satisfying and creative. A special wonderful epilogue ties in both couples ,even Yulia's brother and treats the readers to the awesome conclusion to the series.
Don't waste time getting Claimed by this series I highly recommend reading it ASAP, an especially great summer read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nothing stereotyped or predictable! 30 June 2016
By C. Pauls - Published on Amazon.com

Nothing about Claim Me is stereotyped or predictable. I love that the characters are so rounded and true to themselves in every situation. Lucas and Yulia's complex relationship keeps unfolding and developing, taking them to a place where they can create their own beauty amongst the harshness, and sometimes ugliness, of their lives. The story is suspenseful and riveting with super hot moments that kept me on the edge of the seat. In this book I fell even more in love with Yulia and Lucas. I'm happy they got what they deserved.
