I definitely recommend skipping! Unless you like whiny dudes who think the universe revolves around their own wants and ignore the needs and emotions of those around them. I prefer men who actually love and care for their mates and want nothing more than to make them happy and keep them safe.
Seph is human who works at a bar in Area 51. She had a difficult past so she doesn't really trust easily. I had trouble liking her though. At times it seemed like she purposely misunderstood Rulik so she could make him feel bad. She had moments that I thought she may be changing but then she would jump to conclusions again. Some people will love her attitude and some won't.
I loved the book though and the ending was wonderful.
These two authors are great when they write by themselves so I am interested to find out where this co-authorship leads. I am also wondering in which direction the next book will take.
