This series was an eye opener for me. Jack and Shannon both dealt with a lot of health and personal issues in Book 1 and 2 and now Book 3 really tests how they are as a married couple. Needless to say reason I didn’t give this four stars is that I felt like they both were in the wrong and they just had to learn how to love how to trust how to communicate and especially how to believe in their brokenness and why they were together in the first place. Yes Book 3 in a way kind of ruined the moment for me cause at first it felt like whiplash between Jack and Shannon (who I thought acted more childish than I cared for) their going back and forth about trust but in the end it’s not all that, yes I cried for the pain and heartache that Jack had to deal with and also understanding Shannon in a way made me cry.
This was a good one and going in blind and a totally new author to me is what makes the reading enjoyable.
