Doesn't give any information about actually making chocolate from bean to bar - only mixing it from cocoa powder.
This also seems to be written by a very casual chocolate maker (or someone who has done it a few times just to write the book) and the tempering advice is quite lacking.
The book also has some page numbering mistakes.
This book is ok for a casual read if you don't intend on making chocolate and the pictures and images make it visually quite nice.
