The new Chicago Comb Model 6 Carbon Fiber is an all-new design with an elegantly curved shape and both fine and wide teeth. At 7 inches (17.8 cm) long, it's the perfect comb for your everyday styling. Made of a very high quality carbon fiber composite that's ultra smooth, strong, and light. Carbon fiber is also naturally anti-static, unlike traditional plastic combs which can give you unpleasant "static shock." It's also heat- and chemical-resistant, unlike regular combs, and is far more durable. A truly professional-grade comb. Made in U.S.A. Chicago Comb's new Carbon Fiber combs were first introduced on Kickstarter, where they were the most successful hair combs ever launched there. You can buy with confidence, as Chicago Comb has been acclaimed as maker of some of the world's finest combs. Chicago Comb has been featured and honored in Allure, Martha Stewart American Made (2015 Style Finalist), Men's Journal, GQ, Monocle, and many top publications.

I mainly use the finer teeth to comb my hair and the wider teeth to sweep my bangs.
There's probably a higher quality comb out there for, obviously, a higher price, but considering this is my first decent comb, I consider it worth the price.
I contrast this with the also sturdy and less expensive ace rubber comb which does build up static charge.
