Both ports support QC3 at full power; I pulled 12V@1.7A and 9V@1.9A simultaneously with no problems. The output range is only printed on the plug itself, which can be easily rubbed off; it accepts 12-24V@4-2A and outputs 3.5-6.5V@2.4A, 6.5-9V@2A and 9-12V@1.7A for both ports.
The charger is pretty solid, I doubt any part of it will break off (e.g. the face plate where the USB ports are).
The USB cable is a bit longer than 60cm if you count the connectors as well; it's resistance is about 20 ohms. It comes with a nice little rubber band.
