I finally received this item in today, April 8. I had ordered it on March 26. I have been buying regularly for years on Amazon and whenever I buy a product, I normally receive it within 48 hours, especially if it's in stock. This is really disappointing and I don't think that I'll ever order from this company unless I get an explanation and some sort of compensation for this inconvenience. The reason I buy on Amazon is for their top-notch service and FAST delivery. That was not the case in this instance. Once I start using the compost bin I'll make more comments. But since I am upset with the delivery right now, I feel that my comments would not be positive. Let's just say that for the time being the compost pot looks very good nice and attractive on my kitchen counter.

Finally arrived, damaged box partly opened and product damaged, seller was difficult to deal with on return, Amazon said in email that return would be covered then as I proceeded with return, it said up to 20$, cheapest was over 20
