Couldn’t put the book downReviewed in Canada on 12 December 2018
Amazing book. This is one of those books I couldn’t put down. Finished in 2 days. I was on the edge - verge of harming myself AGAIN - miraculously found this amazing book, truly a life-saver. I felt alive again. I have been dealing with my own demon for many years. This book not only helped me deal and cope with my depression, anxiety and panic attack .. it ultimately turned my life around, I now have a direction. I’m keeping this book handy and looking forward to reading it again. Would recommend this book heartily.
We always have a choice.Reviewed in Canada on 11 September 2018
Well thought out, filled with great suggestions too. I appreciated that the author shared his struggles with anxiety and depression. He has given us tools to do some of our own repairs and to cope during the rough patches.

Overall the techniques he talks about are not new. But he puts them in a way that's easy to read and understand.
